 | GeneScore is a Macintosh OS X program used to analyze fragment chromatograms produced from Applied Biosystems' GeneScan. It has been written to be a stand alone, but also works with SPPCR 2.0 if you have that installed. Version 1.0 offers accurate detection of Mutant and Progenitor peaks for Dinucleotides. It includes slider to adjust the single repeat rule to suit your purpose, locus, and whims. Download: Version .91 Installation: Just drag the application to wherever you feel you would like to store it. I suggest the Applications folder. | ||
